The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining! The high ceiling in the dining room, the cozy living room and the kitchen are all right there, overlooking the swimming pool and garden. Sit back, relax and enjoy the company of your guests, or take advantage of your down time to watch a movie on the smart TV (TV Vlaanderen present) or search the internet with free wifi for great tips in the area.
The villa itself sleeps up to six guests between three bedrooms. All three bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. In the hall you will find a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You will also find an extra guest bathroom with sink and toilet.
The fourth bedroom is adjacent to the house with its own entrance and has been recently updated. This studio concept space with one queen sized bed, air conditioning and a bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower, sink and toilet makes this a great space!
Outside is a little slice of heaven! The covered terrace adjacent to the house has a comfortable dining table to enjoy your morning coffee and the silence. You’ll find the private swimming pool (10mx5m) and patio with kitchen and BBQ. So cook up your favorite meals and host holiday dinners. Up for a game of petanque or table tennis? No problem, this is also present in Casa Julo.
Kick up your feet to relax. Enjoy your mimosas and plan a bottle of Spanish wine for Happy Hour with your guests; you won’t be disappointed in Casa Julo!

1: Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this villa.
2: That a staircase is required at all times to reach the villa.
3: Electricity rates have risen everywhere. For this we work with a fair use system, which means that you include 400 kWh per week, and in case of additional consumption, the kWh consumed is 0.45 per kWh.
4: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
