This 12-person villa is spread over two floors and can be reached from the outside (no internal staircase). Both the upper floor and the lower floor can accommodate six people.

The upper level has a neat living room with TV, sofa, free WIFI, air conditioning, dining table with chairs and beautiful sea view. In addition, an open kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer. 

You will also find three bedrooms, two with a double bed, closet, and air conditioning. The other bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and fan. In addition, two bathrooms are available. One with rain shower, toilet, and sink. The other is a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The ground floor has a living room with a sofa (which can also be used as a double sofa bed). In addition, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning in both bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The other bathroom is adjacent to the living room and has a bath-shower combination, toilet and sink.

In the summer you can enjoy the private swimming pool in the garden! To relax or sunbathe there are sun beds available and if it gets too hot you just put on a parasol. Do you find it pleasant to drink a glass of wine or to eat something? That is possible at the 10-person table outside. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and you can, among other things, put your drinks nice and cold in the fridge and for dinner you just switch on the BBQ.

In short, Casa la Suerte is a wonderful home base if you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the Costa Blanca, Calpe.
